The Physio Rooms

The Physio Rooms is a separate company that works from our clinic. Naomi and Amanda, the co-founders, are the physiotherapists. They are registered to treat patients insured by most major insurance companies.

Naomi and Amanda, The Physio Rooms

Naomi Burns

Co-Founder and Lead Physiotherapist, The Physio Rooms

Naomi graduated from King’s College London with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2009 and began her career in the NHS at King’s College Hospital, gaining experience during her junior and then senior rotations before specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. In 2014 she moved into private practice, and since 2016 she has run her own private physiotherapy clinic. She continued to build her practice in Radlett before co-founding The Physio Rooms with Amanda in 2024.

Naomi loves the challenge of running her own business and balances the clinical and managerial sides of her role to give her patients the highest quality of care. With a warm, friendly and compassionate approach, she enjoys treating all aspects of physiotherapy, particularly helping patients with migraines and dizziness. She also loves working with elderly patients to help them become stronger and move better. She regularly attends courses and CPD events, and uses a range of tools, including acupuncture and clinical Pilates, to support her patients’ recovery.

Outside work, Naomi is an avid foodie who loves discovering new restaurants and coffee spots. A huge fan of Reformer Pilates, she stays active at the gym and on her Peloton. Family time is a priority, and she enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Amanda

Co-Founder and Physiotherapist, The Physio Rooms

Amanda graduated from Brunel University in 2016 and has extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She was a senior physiotherapist at Finchley Memorial Hospital and Edgware Community Hospital before co-founding The Physio Rooms. She is passionate about treating chronic and inflammatory conditions, helping patients manage their health and exercise with confidence, guiding people back to sport after injury and supporting them before and after operations.

Physiotherapy for feet and lower limbs

As part of our multidisciplinary approach to foot care, physiotherapy can include acupuncture, manipulation, exercises and rehabilitation to help with foot or lower limb conditions. These include flat (pronated) feet, in-toeing or out-toeing, ankle sprains and support, plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis.

Joint clinic with Michael

We also run a dual clinic, where Michael Abrahams joins your physiotherapist in the same appointment. We need to coordinate our diaries, so please call us to arrange it. More about our foot pain assessment.
