Our podiatrists and staff are committed to improving your general foot health and keeping your feet pain free and in their best condition. We are a general podiatry practice offering effective, affordable care, with physiotherapists on site who can treat conditions affecting the whole body. Where it suits you, we work together for the best care.
All of our podiatrists are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the UK regulator for podiatrists. You can check anyone’s registration on the HCPC online register.
Meet the team
Michael Abrahams
Director and Lead Podiatrist
Michael graduated from the Birmingham School of Podiatry in 1998 and, after three years in the NHS, set up A&A Podiatrists. The practice has now been looking after feet in Radlett for about 25 years. He has a relaxed but professional manner, takes the time to explain things carefully, and is thorough in his treatment.
That thoroughness comes naturally. Michael obsesses over the small details and likes things done the right way and in the right place, even if his desk doesn’t always reflect it. Michael carries out all treatments at the clinic from MSK and biomechanical assessments to general podiatry, ingrown nails and verruca treatment. Michael has clinics Monday to Friday.
Away from the clinic, he loves cooking. He has baked two sourdough loaves every fortnight since 2018, and they keep him going through weekday lunches. He’s also a keen fan of AI coding, using it to improve how things run at work and at home. And he’s a regular at Brave gym in Radlett, where his quirkiness is said to help the team spirit.
Lindsay
Practice Manager
Lindsay has been with the practice for over a decade. She is responsible for the administration of the practice and for patient care, and can give you details about most of our services and treatments. She also schedules appointments and coordinates the MLS and MiS treatments for musculoskeletal pain.
Craig
Associate Podiatrist
Craig studied at the University of East London, where he completed his degree in Podiatric Medicine. He is a member of the Royal College of Podiatry. He worked as a senior NHS podiatrist in the Barnet CLCH Podiatry team, treating a wide range of podiatric issues. He has worked exclusively in private practice for the last 10 years and specialises in high-quality general podiatry treatment, swift verruca treatment and ingrown toenail procedures. He has worked in our clinic since 2019.
Joseph
Domiciliary Podiatrist
Joseph joined the practice in 2009 and manages our visiting caseload. He makes individual home visits and visits nursing homes and private and NHS residential or day care facilities.
The Physio Rooms
Physiotherapy at our clinic is provided by The Physio Rooms, a separate company that works from our rooms.
Naomi Burns
Co-Founder and Lead Physiotherapist, The Physio Rooms
Naomi graduated from King’s College London in 2009 and began her career in the NHS at King’s College Hospital before specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She moved into private practice in 2014 and co-founded The Physio Rooms with Amanda in 2024. She enjoys treating all aspects of physiotherapy, particularly migraines and dizziness and helping older patients get stronger, and uses tools including acupuncture and clinical Pilates.
Amanda
Co-Founder and Physiotherapist, The Physio Rooms
Amanda graduated from Brunel University in 2016 and was a senior physiotherapist at Finchley Memorial and Edgware Community Hospitals before co-founding The Physio Rooms. She has extensive musculoskeletal experience and is passionate about chronic and inflammatory conditions, returning people to sport after injury, and supporting them before and after operations.
