Parking

  • There is a small parking space on our driveway. Please do not block the pavement. We prefer patients to use other options if they can.
  • Newberries car park: pay and display, £1.10 for an hour. It is a 5-minute walk, and you come out by Tesco Local.
  • Watling Street: pay and display parking is available on Watling Street and as you turn into Station Road from the main road. It is free for half an hour if you still register your car on the machine or pay by phone app. Charges apply for longer. You can pay at paybyphone.co.uk, on the app, or by contactless on the machine.
  • Disabled badge holders can park anywhere, including the residents bays in Station Road, displaying the clock.
  • A few minutes’ walk away you can park on the yellow line on Gills Hill, except between 2 and 3pm.

Questions or appointments

For general questions, send us a message and we will get back to you. Our practice manager Lindsay is on the phone 9am-2.30pm on Monday and Friday, 9am-5pm on Tuesday and Thursday, and 9am-4pm on Wednesday. When she is busy, or we are closed, calls to 01923 856 235 are answered by our AI assistant or our answer service, who can help with appointments and information.

To make an appointment, use the online booking page. If in doubt, a General New Patient appointment is a good choice, and an Urgent Appointment may give better availability. You do not need to register or provide any information to see what is available.

If you are an existing patient who needs to cancel or reschedule, use the cancellation link in your booking email.

You may include a couple of clear photos to help us advise whether an appointment is appropriate, but we cannot take responsibility for email advice. A paid remote or email consultation is also available for those travelling a distance.
