We look at the bigger picture

Your feet don’t work in isolation. We consider your lifestyle, previous injuries, footwear, activity, training, goals and the way your body moves, alongside the problem you’re experiencing right now. We work out what’s causing it, then decide what treatment is appropriate — and what needs to change to reduce the strain and help you stay active.

What’s bothering you?

Tap a problem below to find out more — or book straight in if you already know what you need.

General podiatry

General podiatry →

Callus, corns, nail issues and general foot care to keep you comfortable. Whether you call it chiropody or podiatry, no problem is too small — from regular hard skin and corn removal and nail care to more involved care.

Musculoskeletal foot pain

Musculoskeletal foot pain →

Heel pain, arch pain, forefoot pain, arthritis, sports injuries and other foot or lower-limb problems.

Ingrown toenails

Ingrown toenails →

Painful ingrown toenails can usually be treated conservatively with care and a considered approach — surgery is only needed when it keeps coming back.

Verrucae

Verrucae →

We may be the first professional you’ve seen or struggled for years. We can find a treatment path for your verrucae including those that haven’t responded to other treatment – using Swift microwave therapy to activate the immune system.

Fungal toenails

Fungal toenails →

Assessment and treatment options for fungal nail infections and coping with unruly and difficult to maintain nails. Treatments involve flattening and filing fungus away and foot care and may include topical, cosmetic and Lunula laser treatments, to help keep your feet as healthy as possible. Advice when to take tablets and care of your feet during that process.

Toenail reconstruction

Toenail reconstruction →

Natural-looking ‘gel type’ moulding of a new toenail.  A toenail replacement for nails permanently damaged by trauma or fungal infection.

Children's foot care

Children’s foot care →

Growing pains, in-toeing/out-toeing, flat feet, orthotics and ingrown toenails — we see all ages of children.

Nail cutting service

Nail cutting service →

Simple, regular nail care for anyone who can’t manage it themselves.

Not sure which treatment you need? That’s fine — you don’t need to diagnose your own foot. Book a general assessment (or any 30 minute assessment) and we’ll work out what’s causing the problem, explain it clearly, and talk you through your options to create a treatment plan.

Swift microwave therapy →

Triggers the immune system to fight stubborn verrucae that haven’t responded to other treatment.

Lunula laser

Lunula laser →

Non-invasive treatment for fungal nail infections. A course of weekly treatments to reduce fungal growth.

Ingrown toenail surgery

Ingrown toenail surgery →

Partial nail avulsion (PNA) under local anaesthetic for ingrown toenails that keep coming back, on one or two toes.

Orthotics and insoles

Orthotics and insoles →

From simple padded insoles and adjustments to existing devices, to semi-bespoke and fully custom 3D-printed orthotics.

Pedique and ToeFlex

Pedique & ToeFlex →

Cosmetic nail reconstruction after trauma or fungal damage.

RunScribe gait analysis

What happens at your first visit

Your shoes and socks come off straight away — we get stuck in from the start. We’ll find out what’s actually causing the problem, discuss what you need right now, agree a plan, and begin treatment in the same appointment wherever we can. As we treat you, we’ll talk through the underlying causes, how to prevent it recurring, and what the next steps look like. We use the time efficiently, take a can-do approach, and work within whatever you’re comfortable with.
